to improve quality of life of disadvantaged people in Cambodia
SEAD is a Cambodian NGO set-up in 2006 by the staff of Médecins du Monde Cambodia.
SEAD was set up to support the creation, development and sustainability of national and international programs.
The NGO seeks to promote synergies, capitalize on multidisciplinary experiences and encourage complementarily of skills, the aim being to provide responses adapted to the specific needs identified.
SEAD is designed to promote and develop humanitarian projects seeking to improve quality of life and health of vulnerable people.
These projects focus on action in the health and development sectors.
This action is performed through direct intervention or by providing appropriated expertise.
